MJ SCANNELL SAFETY is an Irish company specialising in providing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to the Government, Semi-State, Construction, Food, Manufacturing and Services Industries. As a part of our commitment to providing the perfect PPE solutions in Ireland, we offer all our customers with an extensive range of services to tailor for your specific needs. Trade Shops:
MJ Scannell Safety have a vastly experienced team to assist you at our Trade Shops in Dublin and Cork. Our Head office in Dublin has been in operation since 1986, the building is a 6,000 sq. ft showroom & warehouse facility.
Our complex in Little Island, Cork has been in operation since 2004 and meets the companies ever growing demand for products and services with over 35,000 sq. ft dedicated to stock holding. Our Cork store also houses a built-in sale & showroom with the facilities for a free of charge measuring service.
Measuring & Fitting Service:
MJ Scannell Safety is committed to providing its customers with comfortable, purpose-built PPE. It is for this reason that our Cork Store contains a sizing a fitting room for our entire PPE range free of charge. Our highly knowledgeable staff are dedicated to assisting our customers with right fitting PPE upon request.
Uniform Packing Service:
MJ Scannell Safety was the 1st company in Ireland to man-pack product thereby reducing customer in house stock requirements. Since its inception in early 2017, MJ Scannell Safety has deployed over 5000 unique manpack orders to Local, Irish authorities alone. The service is perfect for clients who deploy an monthly or annual issue model for its staff. Multiple manpack orders can be delivered en-masse at a time and location upon the client’s discretion, with a commitment to provide next day delivery
In House Heat Sealing/Embroidery Services:
MJ Scannell Safety is one of Irelands only PPE companies with internal, wholly owned Heat Sealing & Embroidery Machines. MJ Scannell Safety can provide logos on any garment where applicable and dependent upon the garment (e.g., Embroidery on Waterproof clothing will compromise permeability). MJ Scannell Safety shall provide logos and develop a unique swatch at the size and location upon the garment as per the customer’s request.
Account Manager & Administration:
All clients are assigned an individual account manager with an office and mobile number where major account needs are resolved. All day-to-day communication with a customer is handled by a dedicated administrator within MJ Scannell. Maintaining detailed up to date information on the requirements of our customers.
Delivery Service:
Routine orders are collected from our Warehouses twice a day. MJ Scannell Safety Deploys its own vehicle within Dublin and Cork. For delivery outside of these areas, we use DPD courier services for parcels and JMC Van Trans and Pallet Networks for Pallets.
